We dispatch online orders Monday through Friday AEDT, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number of your parcel.
Any order with a value over $1000 AUD will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.
We kindly ask that you please ensure you have provided the correct details at checkout, as once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. ŞENER BESIM will not be held liable for any input errors.

ŞENER BESIM uses both Australia Post Standard Delivery & Express Services.
For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3 additional business days for delivery.
ŞENER BESIM uses Australia Post International Express Service delivered within 3 - 8 business days.
The cost for international postage, payable at checkout, is $35 AUD.
Please note, that ŞENER BESIM is not responsible for duties and taxes incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen events. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. If your order has been affected by a delay, you will be contacted by a member of client services.
ŞENER BESIM offers returns or exchanges on eligible orders within 30-days of receipt.
To qualify for a return or exchange the following requirements need to be met:
If a change of mind return does not meet any of the above requirements ŞENER BESIM reserves the right to reject them.
If you would like to exchange an item for another colour or a different style, we recommend you re-purchase the new item and return the original item for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund or return.
If on the rare occasion, a product you purchased from us online is faulty, not of acceptable quality, is unsafe, or does not match the description on site, or given to you by any ŞENER BESIM representative. We will provide you with a full refund.
Items that are damaged by you or which have undergone general wear and tear are not generally considered to be faulty and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

All item(s) being returned to ŞENER BESIM must be sent back to the below address via registered post (a tracking number is required) within 30 days of receipt.
Note: Returns postage is at the cost of the sender, ŞENER BESIM is not liable to cover additional shipping costs.

Once your return is received by Client Services, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined. In the scenario that the return is successful, you will receive a refund. In the scenario that the return/refund is unsuccessful, a member from Client Services will contact you.
Returns require up to 3 business days to be processed once received. Once a return has been successfully processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value paid for the item(s) returned excluding any shipping costs associated with the order. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
