JEWELLERY CARE:

 

All ŞENER BESIM jewellery is crafted from sterling silver and finished in either gold or silver rhodium plating. 

 

Our jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed. It can be worn while showering, swimming and exercising; however, as with all plated jewellery, a little care will help preserve its finish. 

 

Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water and harsh chemicals. Hand sanitiser, perfumes, lotions and some skincare products can also affect plating over time, so we recommend allowing these products to dry before putting on your jewellery.

 

When not being worn, store your pieces separately in a cool, dry place and gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.

 

We stand behind the quality of every ŞENER BESIM piece and offer a 1 year warranty on all jewellery and eyewear items.

 

If you experience an issue with your item, please contact us so our team can assess your piece and determine the best solution.

 

Where appropriate we will repair or replace the piece and where this is impossible will offer a full refund in accordance with our returns policy and Australian Consumer Law.

KNITWEAR:

 

Şener Besim knitwear is crafted in the finest yarns, designed to be a timeless wardrobe staple.

 

Dry cleaning is recommended, but if washing at home:

 

Wash in Cold water with an eco-friendly wool detergent.

 

Do not soak, rinse gently — do not rub or scrub.

 

Press gently with a dry towel and lay flat to air dry. Never wring or hang.

 

Store folded in a drawer or on a shelf — never hang, to prevent stretching.

 

TITANIUM EYEWEAR:

 

Each piece of Şener Besim eyewear is hand-crafted in Japan with precision and care. To preserve the condition and fit of your frames: Always store in a protective case when not in use. To clean use a micro fibre cloth. For dirty lenses, rinse with lukewarm water first, then clean with the cloth. Avoid Placing lens down.
