Modifications

Şener Besim may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the site. Modifications are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any modifications made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless required by law.

Eligibility to Purchase

To make purchases on the site you must provide accurate personal details including your real name, phone number, email address, and payment information. You confirm that all details provided are valid and correct, and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. Dispatch times may vary. No individual under the age of 16 may use the site or provide information to Şener Besim without prior consent of a parent or guardian. Pricing & Availability

We endeavour to ensure all prices and descriptions on the site are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

We do not guarantee the availability of any item until the order has been dispatched. If an item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to dispatch your order for any reason, we will notify you within 2 business days. Delivery costs are charged in addition to the order total and will be clearly marked at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the site at any time without notice.

Payment

Prices may be displayed in different currencies but all transactions are processed in AUD at current exchange rates. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed through PayPal Pty Ltd. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. We may contact you to verify your personal details before dispatching your order.

Discount Codes

We may offer promotional discount codes from time to time. These will be subject to special conditions specified at the time of issue.

Delivery & Returns

If an order from Şener Besim is not delivered due to fault of the courier company, it is the responsibility of Şener Besim to either replace the item, refund in full, or issue a gift card for the full amount depending on the original terms of sale.

If a return from a customer to Şener Besim is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear any losses resulting from the lost package. It is therefore essential that all returns are sent via registered post with tracking.
