TERMS

ŞENER BESIM gift cards are valid for use at the ŞENER BESIM boutiques or online at senerbesim.com.
Gift cards may not be exchanged if lost or stolen and expire 12 months from date of issue.
Any balance that remains on the card at expiry will not be available for use. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry of the card.
Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash change can be given.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

STANDARD
A flat fee of $10AUD is charged on Australian orders under $150. Şener Besim offers complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

EXPRESS
Express shipping is complimentary on Australian orders over $450. For orders under $450, express shipping is $15AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Şener Besim offers international express delivery, arriving within 3–8 business days. A flat rate of $35 AUD applies to all international orders.

RETURNS
Şener Besim offers returns or exchanges on eligible orders within 30 days of receipt. All pieces come with a 6-month warranty — re-plating and repair services are provided free of charge during this period.
