WARRANTY POLICY

Subject to the terms of this warranty, ŞENER BESIM will offer a repair or replacement (where possible) for any defective items we deem applicable for a period of six months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover lost items, changes in appearance, damage, breakage due to wear and tear, or improper use or storage. Any products that were purchased on sale are subject to the availability of materials and components to repair or replace them.

Note: Items purchased through a third party vendor (outside of senerbesim.com) will not be covered under ŞENER BESIM warranty policy. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
