HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We dispatch online orders Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.
For Australian standard orders please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order. For Australian express orders, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your order.
For international orders, please allow up to 8 business days.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please email@example.com soon as possible to change your order details. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we are still able to amend any personal details, such as your shipping address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your order can be tracked by entering your tracking number into the Track & Trace area on the Australia Post website.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for any applicable duties and taxes, not ŞENER BESIM. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
A $10AUD shipping fee applies to Australian Standard orders under $150AUD. Australian Standard orders over $150AUD are free.
A $15AUD shipping fee applies to Australian Express orders under $450AUD. Australian Express orders over $450AUD are free.
A $35AUD shipping fee applies to all international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed and meets our returns policy, it will be approved for refund. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note, only the value paid of the item(s) returned including any discounts applied is refunded, no costs associated with the order, including shipping, are refunded.

ARE YOUR DIAMONDS ETHICALLY SOURCED?
Our diamonds are sourced from responsible suppliers, free of conflict and in compliance with all relevant UN resolutions.
DO YOU USE ANY LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS?
A portion of our jewellery is created with lab-grown diamonds. All our lab-grown diamonds are 100% pure crystallised carbon, and identical in every way to earth-mined diamonds. Sourced from responsible suppliers, free of conflict and in compliance with all relevant UN resolutions.
WHAT IS YOUR KNITWEAR MADE FROM?
Our knitwear is made from a blend of Italian yarns, please refer to the materials section of the specific product page for more information.
DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
We offer a free repair service on all ŞENER BESIM pieces within the six-month warranty period, any pieces that need repairing outside the warranty period will be at the cost to the customer.
